This project shows the potential of industrialized wood construction applied to a family home, efficient and integrated into the natural environment of the high mountains. The house is developed on two floors with a clear and balanced volume, which combines a more robust ground floor with a light upper floor clad in wood.
Inside, the exposed wooden structure defines the character of the home, bringing warmth and identity to the spaces. The day area is organized as a bright and airy space, open to the garden and the views, while the upper floor houses the more private rooms in a serene and coherent atmosphere.
At FILA we have executed the project using industrialized processes that guarantee precision, quality control and efficiency in deadlines. The use of sustainable materials and construction solutions adapted to the climate ensure comfort, energy efficiency and durability, faithful to our way of understanding architecture and construction.
