This project corresponds to the FILA industrialization warehouse, a key infrastructure that consolidates our construction model and reinforces the commitment to industrialized construction with light frames. It is a building conceived not only as a productive space, but as a natural extension of our way of building: precise, efficient and thought out in detail.
The warehouse, with a surface area of 1000m2, is entirely made of wood, both in pillars and beams as well as in trusses and enclosures, highlighting the technical possibilities of the material in an industrial environment. The project prioritizes structural rationality, ease of assembly and flexibility of use, allowing to optimize workflows and quality control of industrialization processes.
The architecture is clear and honest, with visible systems that explain how the building is constructed, turning the warehouse into a work tool but also a manifesto of FILA's know-how. This space has been fundamental to scaling the company's production model and guaranteeing industrialized housing with the highest level of technical and construction requirements.
